Ultra Fully Automatic Case maker is have touch panel system with auto control gluing, auto rapper feeding with top gluing. Conair with air holding section for perfect registering of the cover material. By the use of suction bars, the Ultra Model automatically places the board pieces accurately on to the cover material.

After automatic placement of board the cover passes in to the turning unit automatically.

The machine is designed with two turning units. In the first turning unit 2 side folding and 4 corner tucking in takes places automatically and the cover moves to second turning unit where other 2 side folding takes place and final case delivered rear end.

Turning unit is also designed for calendaring of case. The calendaring unit removes the air bubbles in the case before turnthis machine also handles cases with a central window cut-out for photo album production. At this point the working process is completed and the final product is delivered to the rear of the wing in.
